Coaching

ONE on ONE
1 on 1 training allows players to get undivided attention from their trainer, where they are able to be critiqued on spot with zero distractions. Having individual training will allow players to gain more confidence because they are able to have more reps while they focus on their weaknesses.


SHOOTING
In shooting coaching, we work on the mechanics of shooting. Players learn to perform the perfect shot — from footwork, to hands, to the actual release of the shot. We work on spot up shooting, shooting off the dribble, and contested shots, which will properly prepare players for game time situations.
